No. Curiosity and professional relevance matter more than prior technical knowledge. You need real responsibility and a concrete problem to investigate, not a computer science degree.

Why only 8 to 12 participants?

Because the teaching depends on peer interaction, cross review and facilitator attention. This is not artificial scarcity, it is a teaching constraint. A cohort of a hundred people could not sustain that level of exchange.

Question 4

How many live sessions are there each week?

Usually one session per week, sometimes two when the week's challenge benefits from dedicated group work, such as a peer review or a decision workshop. The exact calendar is shared before the cohort starts.

Can I follow the programme fully asynchronously?

No. Live participation is part of the method. That is where your ideas get challenged and where you challenge others. This is not a video library to consume at your own pace.

Can I bring a real problem from my organisation?

It is encouraged, because it is the basis of the final project. Confidentiality of the information participants share is protected by the cohort charter, and you remain free to anonymise whatever needs it.

Does admission or payment guarantee certification?

Accepted Answer

No. Validation rests on demonstrated capability: participation, deliverables, peer review and the final defence. Neither attendance alone nor paying tuition is enough.

Can my company fund my participation?

Yes. Corporate sponsorship is possible, for one participant or a small group. Write to us from the application form with the context, and we will set up the conversation with the people involved.
