This programme does not try to turn you into an AI engineer. Recent workforce research converges on the same point: most leaders do not need advanced technical AI skills. They need the ability to interpret data, frame problems and apply AI where it is actually appropriate.
You will explore generative AI, predictive AI and automation: their plausible uses, their limits, their data requirements. Judgment is built as much by discarding weak ideas as by spotting good opportunities.
